As the Owner of Fred Leisher Construction (FLC) based in Taos, NM , he has brought an exceptional level of personal service and advanced quality standards to the region.

Personal Experience
Fred Leisher has been in the construction field since 2000 working in a variety of positions and trades. He is extremely versatile in finding appropriate solutions specific to the needs of the project/builder/owner.

He has a very strong background in framing residential homes and more recently has provided exceptional leadership in overseeing large-scale residential projects. He is also interested in “green/high performance” building and design and is working toward his LEED,AP (Accredited Professional) to assist in sustainable community development projects.

LEADERSHIP
FLC has recently been devoted to assisting Property Owners in increasing the value of their holdings through determined project management for new construction and simple maintenance, remodeling and complex repairs when needed. Owners have been able to realize increased value in their properties after the work has been finished and (documented) appraisals completed. The recent alliance with his father in-law, David K. Sargert, LEED AP has opened even greater diversity and project value with the ability to design/build specialty residential and large complex sustainable projects with a level of quality not seen in the Taos Area.

Leisher (easy) LIVING Homes was launched in 2008.

Superintendent - Inn at Taos Ski Valley TSV, NM 2006-7 (under JC Constructors, Inc) managing and leading crews of up to 20 employees while also coordinating sub-contractors

Superintendent- Puertas Pintadas Phase I Taos, NM 2006 (under JC Constructors, Inc) managing and leading crews of up to 30 employees while also coordinating sub-contractors

Project Foreman- Northwest Crossing Bend, OR 2004-5 (under Martin Family Construction) worked leading and teaching multiple framing crews to complete multi-million dollar town homes
